The six-piece collection was designed to capture that shared identity by blending the visual language of Asheville City SC with elements drawn directly from Warren Haynes' career. Throughout the design process, we worked alongside both Warren Haynes and Asheville City SC to create a collection that feels equally at home on matchday, at a concert, or anywhere supporters proudly represent Asheville.

At the center of the collection is the custom '26 Asheville Original Kit. The jersey introduces an all-new collaborative crest inspired by Asheville City SC's traditional badge while adopting the shape of a guitar pick. The crest incorporates a guitar alongside Warren Haynes' initials, creating a symbol that brings together both worlds into a single mark. Across the body of the jersey, striking blue beams are inspired by the stage lights that have illuminated Haynes' live performances for decades, while the front also features his iconic peace sign motif, reimagined with the addition of a soccer ball to celebrate the collaboration.

That same visual identity extends throughout the remainder of the collection. The Peace Poppy showcases Warren Haynes' signature multicolored peace signs, a familiar element of his merchandise, updated with a soccer ball and paired with the phrase "The Blues Are The Roots." The saying serves as both a nod to Asheville City SC's nickname, The Blues, and legendary blues musician Willie Dixon's famous quote, "The blues are the roots, and the other music are the fruits," a philosophy that has long inspired Haynes throughout his career.

The City Cord and Southern Sound Hoodie continue that storytelling through vintage-inspired typography, club colors, and thoughtful embroidered details, while the City Hoodie offers a more understated tribute by pairing Asheville City SC's crest with Haynes' recognizable peace sign artwork. Rounding out the collection, the Signature Scarf combines bold navy, red, blue, and yellow accents inspired by Haynes' signature imagery into a matchday essential that celebrates both collaborators.

Local Legends was created to celebrate the unique relationship between iconic musicians, their hometown clubs, and the communities that support them. Warren Haynes and Asheville City SC embody that mission through their lasting impact on Asheville's cultural identity, making this collaboration a natural addition to the series.
