orders may take 5-7 business to ship. note: if you pre-ordered an item, please refer to the product pages for a more specific shipping timeline.

US orders are mailed via USPS. packages may take 5-7 business days to arrive.

once your order has left our [ official ] headquarters, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

how do pre-orders work?

did you pre-order an item? sit back and relax. our [ official ] team is hard at work. you will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as it is on its way to your noggin.

team issues are a limited-edition collection that is available for a one-week period. only 100 of each item is created.

are you ahead of the game? the first 10 items in a team issue are available on a first come, first serve basis.

entering in the raffle:

because demand is so high, we like to give everybody the chance to [ make it official ]. the remaining 90 hats in a team issue are raffled out. a hold equivalent to your order amount will be put on your card. if you are chosen to purchase a team issue item, your card will be charged. if you are not chosen, the hold will be released in 3-5 business days after the team issue has closed.
