Cypress Hill

Cypress Hill emerged from South Gate, California, with a sound built around B-Real’s instantly recognizable voice, Sen Dog’s forceful delivery, and DJ Muggs’s dark production. Their self-titled debut and Black Sunday helped make songs such as “How I Could Just Kill a Man” and “Insane in the Brain” part of hip-hop history. The group also reached rock audiences, building a career that crosses musical scenes while retaining a strong West Coast identity.
