Mt. Joy × Fightin Phils
The Reading Fightin Phils have joined forces with Philadelphia native, folk-rock sensation, Mt. Joy.
The HoodMt. Joy
Mt. Joy began when Philadelphia friends Matt Quinn and Sam Cooper reconnected in Los Angeles and started making music together again. Early songs such as “Astrovan” introduced their warm mix of folk storytelling, guitar-led rock, and offbeat imagery. As the band grew, its recordings and live shows made more space for extended playing, while keeping a clear melody and a recognizable human story at the center.
