U.S. Girls
U.S. Girls is the evolving musical project of artist and songwriter Meg Remy. What began with experimental recordings has expanded into richly arranged songs that draw on disco, soul, pop, and electronic music. Albums such as Half Free, In a Poem Unlimited, and Bless This Mess pair those inviting sounds with searching, often political writing, using the pleasures of a groove to carry ideas that ask for closer attention.
