[ the 86ers ] DFW

this is oak cliff sandlot's first team built from pickup-game players. these players saw a flyer taped to the window of a restaurant, bar, beer store, comic book shop window or telephone pole. then decided to take a chance on a random baseball game. it appears to have worked out. the name is based on the league's lovely founded date of 1886.

 the oak cliff 86ers are based in dallas, texas and play at lake cliff park and moore park.
