FIGHTMASTER, the music project of nonbinary artist E.R. Fightmaster, continues to carve out a space that defies boundaries. Their sound moves fluidly between indie rock, pop, and folk, carried by a voice that feels at once intimate and expansive. Each track blends self-reflection with cinematic depth, revealing stories of identity, love, and resilience that resonate deeply with listeners. Across two EPs, they’ve built a universe that celebrates vulnerability and the power that comes from it.

Bloodshed Baby pushed that world even further. The record captures heartbreak and healing in equal measure, turning moments of pain into something quietly defiant and full of life. The lyric “KEEP YOUR EYES ON THE HORIZON” from the title track became the emotional anchor for our design, a phrase that speaks to persistence and perspective. The hat mirrored that spirit through its crisp white crown and deep green brim, accented by red and green stitching that brought the album title to life. A queer badge of honor floated above soft waves, and beneath the brim, the lyric itself served as a hidden reminder to keep moving forward.
