Culture, Legends, and History Unite Bay FC and Official League at Oracle Park

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — It was a historic day at Oracle Park as Bay FC set the attendance record with a crowd of over 40,000 to become the most-attended women’s professional sports league event in the United States. Such a momentous occasion was accompanied by a new collection by Official League to celebrate “The Show”, and it came to life as players, fans, and Bay Area icons donned the new premium pieces as a symbol of the day’s historic achievement

Bay FC’s squad arrived a few hours prior to the match to take their first steps on their new playing surface, coming out of the home dugout in custom Official League baseball button-up tees. This pinstriped tee felt inspired by the rich baseball history of the Bay Area. Each tee featured “The Show” patch on the left sleeve and 25 as the back number to mark this piece with the record-setting day. The player’s custom tees were crafted as a personal keepsake for them, each featuring their last name above the back number.

When the gates opened, fans poured into Oracle Park and quickly made their way to the merch stands, eager to secure a piece of the collection. The buzz around the limited drop was undeniable, with fans immediately rocking their new Oracle Park collection items around the park for the record-breaking day. The full Official League collection included the baseball button up, matching structured pinstripe poppy hat, soft cotton hoodie, and classic skater jacket.

Pre-game celebrations brought Bay Area icons onto the field, outfitted in Official League collection gear. San Francisco Giants legends Barry Bonds and Sergio Romo, and Bay FC founding four Brandi Chastain, Aly Wagner, Danielle Slayton, and Leslie Osborne gathered for the ceremonial “playball” call at kickoff.

Outside the park, DJ Umami kept the energy high with a pre-game set that welcomed fans into the stadium, while halftime saw Too $hort take the stage alongside P-Lo in the Bay FC x Official League poppy corduroy jacket, a standout from our initial collaboration with Bay FC last season.

The afternoon at Oracle Park was defined by Bay FC’s record-breaking debut, a moment that pushed women’s sports forward and showcased the Bay Area’s passion on a national stage. More than 40,000 fans came together to create an atmosphere that will be remembered as one of the defining moments in NWSL history.

The celebration extended beyond the pitch with Official League’s “The Show” collection, which became an instant hit. Players, fans, and Bay Area legends showcased the new designs, and by halftime the collection had completely sold out. What began as a new premium collection quickly became a limited-edition marker of history, a way for supporters to carry the memory of the day with them.
